♡ GENERAL ♡
• I reserve the right to decline any request I’m not comfortable with or if I feel that it is out of my skill range.
• My commissions are not first come, first serve.
• Please provide clear references. Anything shaded (cell shading is okay) won't be considered clear.
• Workflow is very flexible. I usually take around 2-8 weeks per piece. Any delays from the artist will be discussed with the client.
• Please provide as many details as possible when starting a request.
• Communication is key for me. I will always be very talkative during any commission process.
• Price may increase for complex designs, detailed backgrounds, difficult props, or any general add-ons. Any price adjustment will be discussed before requests are confirmed.
• My commissions are for personal use ONLY. Commercial use may have additional fees.
• Any breakage of my terms and services will result in you being blacklisted.
• The Artist retains all intellectual property rights and is able to use the artwork and sketches leading up to the final commission as a showcase in his own portfolio and social media profiles. If the client requests an NDA, additional fees may arise.
• The client cannot resell, alter, redistribute, or claim the commission as their own; the infringement of this rule will result in a blacklist.
• I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was designed by me. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.
• Reselling my artwork or using it for AI, NFTs, or any sort of crypto purposes is strictly prohibited.

♡ PAYMENTS & REFUNDS ♡
• All payments are in EUR/€.
• I accept both Paypal (invoices only) and Ko-fi
• In case of the commission price going over 150€, a payment plan 50% upfront and 50% after sketch can be requested.
• If the client appeals any chargeback/dispute, it will result in being blacklisted.
• Refunds are strictly prohibited once I start working on the piece. If there might be an emergency, it can be discussed. Refunds will be proportionated by the hours of work I've put in the piece.
• If the artist fails to respect the deadlines or has to cancel the commission for any reason, a total refund will be issued.
